Modeling Civility in an Uncivil World

Hassina Sher-Jan
An Afghan business woman, & co-author of
Toughing it Out in Afghanistan
Her biography can be found here.
We were pleased to host Hassina Sher-Jan recently. Not only was the dinner on May 13th a wonderful and enlightening evening, but we were very happy that Hassina was able to speak at local schools -- Cumberland Valley High School and Harrisburg Academy. And, she even took time to meet with our Youth Congress!
If you want to learn more about her work and organization, please visit the
Aid Afghanistan for Education website.
